*New 3hr Match Record*: A joint match record goes to Pete Cooke & John Pagett who both claim the title of the 3 hour open match record weight, bagging 46lb-0oz in the match on Saturday 19th July! WELL DONE TO BOTH!

Sunday 1st June 2008:

New 5hr Match Record: Jarrad Smith (16 years old) has now taken the title of the 5 hour open match record weight, bagging 71lb-0oz in the open match on Sunday 1st June! WELL DONE!

Monday 18th February 2008:

We are offering 2 for 1 on peg fees until the end of February 2008. Bring a friend for free - pay for 1 full day ticket and get a free day ticket free for your mate. Must be used on the same day and can only be used when you bring another person with you. You must hold a valid rod licence.

Sunday 4th November 2007:

We have treated ourself to some new SPRINGWOOD waterproof jackets with our logo on (it has been long overdue!). A few of you have mentioned about getting some for yourselves. Barry Walters smashes his own 5hr Match Record Weight!

Barry (Julians Tackle) gave himself his own run for his money in the 5hr open match on the bottom lake held this Saturday.

He won first place with a bag of 66lb-8oz setting a new record! Well done once again!
